Snap the Vote

As a Missouri School of Journalism student I created weekly social media videos for CBS-affiliate KOLD-TV.
Each week I created social media videos with accompanying web stories as part of Raycom Media’s Snap the Vote initiative. Snap the Vote is a project aimed at informing and increasing voter turnout in today’s youth by creating engaging social media content.
At the project’s inception videos were earning less than 100 views—my creativity in editing and graphics production helped to garner views upwards of 1,500.
